A sexual assault accusation by a woman against Redskins defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth will be considered in front of a grand jury later this week, according to a report by NBC Washington.

The grand jury will convene to determine whether charges should be filed against Haynesworth. A number of employees at the W Hotel, where the incident allegedly took place, have already been issued subpoenas to testify, according to the report.

The alleged incident took place early Sunday morning at 1:30 p.m. According to the police report, Haynesworth was paying his bar tab, and slipped it in the waitresses' blouse because her hands were full. At that point, he allegedly moved his hands up her shirt and fondled her breast. 

This does not necessarily mean charges will be filed against Haynesworth.
