NFL Free Agency: Brandon Banks Kickstarts Movement To Keep Santana Moss In D.C.

It's still not clear when NFL free agency will begin, but whenever that happens, the Washington Redskins will have a key decision to make on wide receiver Santana Moss. A mainstay for many years, Moss is a free agent, and the Redskins will get first crack at re-signing him. The pressure to do so may have increased Monday when Brandon Banks sent out the following message on his Twitter account.

The "89" in that hashtag, of course, refers to Moss' number. Redskins fans on Twitter have exploded, and now that hashtag is one of the biggest ones out there. That Banks wants the Redskins to keep Moss is no surprise, but it's a bold move to send that out. It'll be interesting to see if it makes a difference.
