The NFL lockout is finally over. After 136 days of endless negotiations and false starts, the owners and players have agreed on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement. A joint statement officially announcing the news is expected shortly. It is still unclear if Atallah's tweet refers to the NFLPA* Executive Committee or all the players as a whole, but either way, there will be football again.
