Donte Stallworth Uses 'Burgundy And Yellow' To Describe Redskins

You can forgive Donte' Stallworth if he's still a bit unfamiliar with Washington Redskins lingo. The new Washington Redskins wide receiver joined "The Mike Wise Show" with Brian Mitchell and Holden Kushner on 106.7 The Fan earlier Wednesday, hours after reportedly agreeing to sign a one-year deal with the Redskins. During the show, he talked about how passionate Redskins fans are, but slipped up a bit at the end.

"Obviously, they probably have one of the best fanbases in the country. I remember, every time I came to play the Redskins, that was one of the biggest things I'd notice, how big their fanbase was. It's amazing to be there," he said. "I'm not really familiar with the Redskins just yet, but with all of the pigs masks and the burgundy and yellow, I'm excited to be a part of it."

Well, at least he's honest about not being familiar with the franchise. He'll learn.
