Cowboys Vs. Redskins: Small Puncture In Tony Romo's Lung Has Reportedly Healed, Playing Status Still Unclear

The Punctured Lung that Tony Romo suffered against the 49ers has reportedly healed, according to Calvin Watkins.

Tony romo small puncture in his lung has healed according to a source. Playing status still in doubt.

Pretty amazing that he healed up that fast, but he still has to deal with the fractured ribs that lead to his lung being punctured. If I had to guess I would say that he plays through it, because if the punctured lung wasn't going to hold him back, I don't think the ribs will stop him. Romo wants to follow up on all the praise he got from playing through the injury against the 49ers, so I wouldn't be surprised if he wants to keep that good momentum (publicity-wise) going.
