Redskins Vs. Cowboys Score Update: Battle Of Field Goals Continues, Dallas And Washington Tied At Six

Stay connected for news and updates
Rex Grossman's first truly awful "Yikes, that's a Rex Grossman" pass of the season did not hurt the Redskins too badly, as the Cowboys were only able to score three points on a Dan Bailey 27 yard field goal after a stout Washington defensive stop. Bailey has added a 41 yarder, with Redskins kicker Graham Gano matching from 27 and 46 yards out to leave the Redskins and Cowboys tied at six midway through the second quarter.

LaRon Landry's long-awaited return to the Washington lineup has paid immediate dividends. Landry forced a fumble at the Cowboys ten yard line with under two minutes to go in the first quarter, but Washington was only able to turn the Dallas mistake in to Graham Gano's second field goal of the game.
