Baylor Bears Heisman-winning quarterback Robert Griffin III officially announced his decision to leave school and head to the NFL Draft on Wednesday at a press conference.
And there it is-- RG3 just confirmed that he is leaving Baylor University to go to the NFL.Thank you for everything, Robert!

"I pray I have the blessing of my coaches and teammates as I move on to the NFL," Griffin said in the press conference. As he enters the NFL draft, he's slated to be likely the second quarterback taken in the draft after Stanford's Andrew Luck. The Washington Redskins are certainly in the hunt for a long-term fixture at quarterback and several experts seem to think Griffin would fit Mike Shannahan's offense. Even though the Redskins hold the sixth overall pick in the draft, it's possible they will have to move up in the draft to get him.
