Super Bowl 2012: Anthony Armstrong Takes Solace In Beating New York Giants

Now that the New York Giants -- the 9-7 New York Giants -- are in Super Bowl XLVI, we're going to hear this factoid repeated over and over: the 5-11 Washington Redskins beat them twice. You'll no doubt hear about how the Redskins' 23-10 victory in Week 15 in New York would have killed the Giants' season had they not rallied to post wins in the last two weeks.

So to get the conversation early, we present to you Anthony Armstrong's stream-of-consciousness tweets on Sunday night following the Giants' 20-17 overtime win over the San Francisco 49ers.

There you have it, folks. If the Redskins make a weekly effort to get back on top, they too can be in the Super Bowl.
