An update of where the Washington Redskins are coming off their Week 10 bye.

The Washington Redskins might be without wide receiver Pierre Garcon for the remainder of the season as he may have to undergo surgery on his foot. Garcon originally sustained the injury in the team's first game of the season during an 88-yard touchdown reception against the New Orleans Saints. As of this time, Garcon is still listed as out indefinitely.

While Garcon might be done, safety Brandon Meriweather potentially could be making his season debut on Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles. After spraining his MCL and PCL in the preseason and then re-aggravating the area in a freak accident during warm-ups in Week 4, Meriweather has been expected to return to action following the bye week.

However, wide receiver Santana Moss (concussion) and defensive end Doug Worthington (calf) are questioned for Week 11.

Quarterback Robert Griffin III is expected to be available for Sunday's game. Griffin absorbed two big hits in the team's Week 9 contest against the Carolina Panthers and stated that he had sore ribs. He also stated that he felt fine and would be available against Philadelphia.
