The Redskins host the Ravens as they try to stay hot in Week 14.
The Washington Redskins try for their fourth-straight win when they host the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday afternoon. The Redskins have jumped back into the NFC playoff picture with a 6-6 record, and find themselves just one game behind the New York Giants for first place in the division.
Rookie quarterback Robert Griffin III led the Redskins to a win over the Giants in Week 13. RGIII completed 13-of-21 passes for 163 yards and a touchdown while also carrying the ball five times for 72 yards. Washington was able to come back late and now hopes to knock off another division leader on this weekend.
Baltimore comes in with a 9-3 record, two games ahead of the Bengals and Steelers in the AFC North. They let a major opportunity slip by when falling to Pittsburgh team that was without Ben Roethlisberger last weekend. The Ravens are also fighting for a first-round bye, as they are in a three-way tie with the Broncos and Patriots.
Baltimore is nicked up on the defensive end, as safety Ed Reed and cornerback Jimmy Smith have been limited in practice this week. The Redskins have also been hit in the secondary, as cornerback DeAngelo Hall is battling an ankle injury.
