Two field goals by Kai Forbath helped the Washington Redskins draw within one of the Baltimore Ravens, 21-20, at the end of the third quarter.
Kai Forbath kicked two field goals in the third quarter as the Washington Redskins cut the Baltimore Ravens' lead to 21-20 heading into the final quarter.
Forbath connected from 48 and 49 yards for the only points of the quarter.
The second field goal was set up when London Fletcher intercepted Baltimore's Joe Flacco in the red zone. The interception kept the Redskins within one score and set up a long drive down the field for the field goal that brought the Redskins within one point heading into the fourth.
Robert Griffin III has had an efficient day, completing 11-of-18 passes for 197 yards and a touchdown. He has rushed four times for 14 yards.
Alfred Morris leads the Redskins' rushing attack, carrying 19 times for 118 yards and a score.
Flacco has been just as efficient, completing 11-of-15 passes for 130 yards and three touchdowns. Baltimore's Ray Rice has 102 yards on 15 carries.
