The Redskins have a lot of salary cap room this off season. Where will they spend to help address some of their needs?

With the free agency looming for the NFL, all eyes are on the Washington Redskins to see what course they decide to take in addressing their needs. And what's good about this is that the Redskins have plenty of salary cap space to make some moves, according to ESPN NFL analyst John Clayton.

Dan Snyder of the Washington Redskins has plenty of room to get quarterback and receiver help, thanks to $47.56 million of cap space.

The immediate need for the Redskins is at quarterback and they have reportedly expressed interest in signing Green Bay Packers back up Matt Flynn. They have also been linked to Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning if he is released by the Colts before he gets his roster bonus.

If the Redskins choose to wait until the draft to address the quarterback position, they could focus the free agent money on bolstering their wide receiver corps with free agents like Dwayne Bowe and Reggie Wayne available. Cornerback may be an option as well, with players like Brandon Carr and Brent Grimes becoming available. The offensive line, should Washington look to go there rather than draft new linemen, has players like Ben Grubbs available for negotiations. It all depends on how Dan Snyder and Bruce Allen decide to address the needs of this team.
