Jabar Gaffney Has A Twitter Meltdown

We're not sure what the hell is going on with Redskins wide receiver Jabar Gaffney on Twitter, but we really hope everything's OK.

For the uninitiated, Gaffney broke a three-day Twitter silence on Easter Sunday by tweeting this about longtime NFL cornerback, fellow Florida Gator, and family member (!!!) Lito Sheppard. (No, we're not going to reproduce the Tweets here, because we like our jobs.)

Then, after another period of silence, all hell broke loose Thursday afternoon. This tweet was followed by this, this, this, this, and this.

Quite frankly, we're not sure what to make of this. This certainly isn't the first time Gaffney's had issues on Twitter. We suppose that we're most curious to know what Mike Shanahan and Bruce Allen might make of this. This has nothing to do with being Twitter-savvy and everything to do with a key offensive player showing signs of dangerous instability for the entire world to see.

Like we said before, we just hope it all works out.
