NFL Mock Draft 2012: National Football Post Predicts Washington Redskins Will Select Robert Griffin III

In what should surprise no one, yet another football writer predicts that the Washington Redskins will select Baylor Bears quarterback Robert Griffin III with the No. 2 overall draft pick. This time, its Wes Bunting of the National Football Post.

RG3 is the kind of athletic quarterback that would be an ideal fit in the Washington offense. He can make plays outside the pocket, throw on the run and create second lives with his legs.

Not enough has been said about how Griffin's ability would help extend plays for the Redskins. Even though Griffin may have to adjust a bit to the speed of the NFL, he should still have enough athletic ability so that he could make some plays even if the offensive line isn't as solid as it could be.
