NFL Free Agency: Brian Banks Will Attend Seahawks Minicamp, Will Not Tryout For The Redskins

Brian Banks, the recently exonerated linebacker that has drawn interest in quite a few NFL teams, will attend minicamp with the Seattle Seahawks later this week. Banks will compete for a spot on Seattle's training camp roster.

However, according to Hogs Haven, it doesn't take the Washington Redskins completely out of the running to sign Banks.

If the Seahawks do not keep Banks after this week then expect him to continue his tryout tour around the NFL.

Banks has lived a nightmare after he was wrongfully accused of rape and imprisoned while as a high school football star in Southern California. Now that he is exonerated, the hope is that he finally gets a chance to live his dream of playing professional football.
