The Reskins gave up their narrow lead over the Rams at the beginning of the fourth quarter, and now trail, 31-28. Sam Bradford connected with Matthew Mulligan five seconds into the fourth to put the Rams up. It took just 2:11 of the third quarter for Bradford to find Brandon Gibson for this 34-yard touchdown pass to give the Rams the lead.
Robert Griffin III led the Skins on a touchdown drive and scored on a seven-yard run to regain the lead for the Redskins. But the Rams came answered back. Washington had taken a 21-16 lead at halftime, but are now fighting from behind.
