SB Nation NFL Editor Joel Thorman released the final installment of preseason NFL power rankings on Tuesday, which ranked the Washington Redskins at No. 19.

After ranking the Redskins at 23 in the most recent installment, Thorman explains that rookie quarterback Robert Griffin III has proven he is capable of adjusting to NFL speed and is showing why he was so highly touted coming out of Baylor.

Here's his complete assessment:

19. Washington Redskins (LW: 23): RGIII is better than I thought. At least right away. The games will count next week and he will raise his game along with a productive running game led by ... someone. Although Mike Shanahan won't tell us who because he hates fantasy football players.

Although the Redskins are ranked just before Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts, they are the lowest ranked team in the NFC East with the Dallas Cowboys coming in at 15, the Philadelphia Eagles at 12 and the New York Giants at No. 2.
