In case you missed it last night, Washington Wizards forward Al Thornton "literally got hit by a car" when walking on the George Mason campus after practice. The driver didn't see him. Apparently its pretty tough to spot a guy who is 6'-8".
↵Michael Lee of the Washington Post asked John Wall about it today.

"It's crazy. I didn't know nothing like that was going to happen" John Wall said. "He was on Twitter, like 'I just got hit by a car. I don't believe it.' We had to call him, like, 'You alright?' His phone was off, so we think he was in the hospital or something. It was funny."
I'm not sure "funny" would be the best way to describe it, but I guess it's okay for us to laugh about it now since Thornton escaped without injury.
