John Wall's New Reebok Special Edition Shoe Does Not Look Good

John Wall has a lot going for him right now. His coach thinks he's the fastest player in the NBA, his Wizards team is getting love as an exciting bunch and he's armed with a $25 million shoe contract.

Well, about that. As you may or may not know, Wall is with Reebok as their point man in their attempt to get back into the basketball shoe game. His signature Reebok Zigtech Slash shoe, which looks like this, has been sharply criticized by many shoe critics, with good reason. Now, Reebok has somehow made matters worse by releasing this special edition ... thing.

It's called the ZigTech Slash Limited Edition Gold Colorway, and, well, it blends in with the color of the court, I guess. John Wall can make any shoe look good, but is that the kind of thing any average person would wear, anywhere? I'm trying to come up with a list of places where I could wear that and not get laughed at or stared at. Right now, all I've got is the basketball court.
