VIDEO: Rashard Lewis Will Always Answer Your Questions

↵

Since coming to Washington D.C., Rashard Lewis has handled his situation gracefully. Whereas a certain someone asked to be bought out of his contract after going from a contender to the Wizards, and a different certain someone went from the Wizards to a non-contender to get more playing time, Lewis has accepted his role with the Wizards and played through knee pain.

Maybe it's that same spirit that is present in this video. Lewis is stopped in a mall by a woman who appears to either be drunk, tripped out or very, very awkward. The woman tries to engage Lewis in a very important issue that affects many NBA players: who defends them best. Lewis gives a legitimate answer, with only one goofy line in there about Jesus Christ. I have to say, that's way nicer than I would have been.

Then again, as a professional athlete, Lewis has far more experience with weird people approaching him in public venues. Still, kudos, Rashard.
