It may be time to scratch off one name off of the list of potential Wizards draft picks.
According to Chad Ford of ESPN, Jonas Valanciunas is close to a buyout that would make him ineligible to play in the NBA next year.

Ford also reports that if Valanciunas is unable to play next year, he would likely fall in the draft.
Valanciunas was projected to go anywhere from the 5th to the 14th pick in Wednesday's draft.
One thing's for sure, and that is the Wizards need help immediately. They cannot afford to draft a player who cannot help them in the 2011-2012 season.
