Atlanta snapped Washington's one-game winning streak on Friday night. The Wizards are now 0-2 against the Hawks this season.
The Wizards came up short on Friday against the Atlanta Hawks, losing by a score of 104-95. Washington was riding the momentum from a big victory after defeating the Miami Heat on Tuesday. But Atlanta was able to hang on for the victory. The Wizards trailed by 18 in the third quarter, but they mounted a comeback and got as close as two points in the fourth. Kevin Seraphin came off the bench to lead the Wizards with 19 points and seven rebounds. Josh Smith scored 23 points and grabbed 15 rebounds for Atlanta.
