Wizards Vs. Magic Final Score: John Wall Struggles, Washington Falls, 109-103

The Washington Wizards fought hard, but ultimately fell to the Orlando Magic, 109-103, in Orlando. The Magic moved to 13-9 on the year, while the Wizards fall to 4-17. Ryan Anderson and Dwight Howard scored 23 points to lead the Magic in the win, while J.J. Redick added 21.

The big story, however, was the poor play of Wizards star John Wall. Wall scored just two points in the game, hitting his only field goal late in the contest. He went 1-12 overall, and his out-of-control drive late effectively sealed the game for Orlando. Wall has struggled against the Magic throughout his career, but never like this.

The Wizards' bench ultimately kept them in the game, as it outscored the Magic's bench, 50-19.

Wizards Vs. Magic Score Update: Ryan Anderson, J.J. Redick Lead Orlando To 47-43 Halftime Lead

We've played one half in Orlando, and the Magic lead the Washington Wizards, 47-43. The Magic fell behind in the second quarter, but an 11-0 run allowed them to regain control and take the halftime lead.

Ryan Anderson and J.J. Redick led the way for Orlando. Anderson hit four three-pointers in the first half and has 15 points, while Redick chipped in with 12. Dwight Howard has nine points and nine rebounds for Orlando.

The Wizards' starters have struggled, but their bench has kept them in it, going on a 20-5 run in the second quarter thanks to their pressure defense. Jordan Crawford leads the way with 11 off the bench, while Shelvin Mack added nine points. Rashard Lewis has eight points to lead the Wizards' starters.

Wizards Vs. Magic: Jameer Nelson, Jason Richardson Injuries To Sideline Orlando Guards For Game

The Washington Wizards are looking to pick up their second road win of the season on Wednesday night as they visit the Orlando Magic. If the Wizards were ever hoping to take advantage of a punch-drunk team, it would be the current Magic. Orlando has dropped four in a row, lost six of their last eight games and barely managed to put up a fight in weeks.

Now it seems as though the Wizards will also be facing a depleted Orlando squad. According to Josh Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel, Magic head coach Stan Van Gundy has stated that two of his players will be out of Wednesday's game due to injuries.

Jason Richardson with be out of the game with a knee injury. The shooting guard has been averaging 9.9 PPG and 3.1 RPG. Also sitting out the game will be point guard Jameer Nelson, due to concussion. Nelson has been averaging 8.1 points per game and 5.1 assists per game thus far in the shortened 2011-12 NBA season.

Wizards Vs. Magic Game Time, TV Schedule And More

The Washington Wizards will look to continue the Orlando Magic's woes on Wednesday at Amway Center in Orlando, Fl. The Magic have lost five of six and have scored less than 70 points in three of those five losses, including a 74-69 defeat to Philadelphia on Monday. The Wizards, meanwhile, will look to go 3-2 under interim coach Randy Wittman.

The Magic's issues have caused the same old questions to pop up regarding Dwight Howard's future. Howard recently came under fire for his comments following the loss to the 76ers, which many feel are hypocritical given his stance on asking for a trade. He will be a free agent after the season.

Here's more information on the game.

Game Date/Time: Wednesday, February 1, 7 p.m.

Location: Amway Center, Orlando, Fl.

TV Schedule: CSN Washington.

Wizards Vs. Magic: Washington Looks To Continue Orlando's Struggles

The Washington Wizards are now 2-2 in the Randy Wittman era, and they'll look to go over the .500 mark when they face Dwight Howard and struggling Orlando on Wednesday night. The Magic have lost four in a row and five of six, all in embarrassing fashion. The game will tip at 7 p.m. and will be broadcasted on CSN.

The Wizards are coming off a 98-88 loss to the Chicago Bulls on Monday, a game in which Derrick Rose carved the Wizards up. Orlando, meanwhile, fell in ugly fashion to the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday and has now scored less than 70 points in three of its last six games.

The Magic have already routed the Wizards once this season in Orlando, so the Wizards will be looking for a measure of revenge.
