The Wizards play their first game against the defending champion Miami Heat on December 4 at Verizon Center.
The Washington Wizards released their 2012-13 NBA Schedule Thursday evening. Wizards fans won't have to wait very long to see their team in action, as Washington plays in the very first game of the season October 30. They face the Cleveland Cavaliers at Quicken Loans Arena and the game tips off at 7:00 p.m.
