Tom Poti, the Washington Capitals defenseman who has missed the last three games due to an "undisclosed lower body injury," is skating today and will most likely be active for Tuesday's game against the Boston Bruin according to Cory Masisak of CSN:
Bruce Boudreau said he expects Tom Poti to play tomorrow night for the #Caps. Didn't sound like Green or Bradley would be available.
The return of Poti is good news for the Capitals, who are without Mike Green and John Carlson. Hopefully, the addition of Poti will help stabilize a backline that has been exceptionally shaky to start the season.
