Torrey Smith Is Playing On An Injured Ankle

Torrey Smith, the Terrapins' multi-faceted wide receiver, is still suffering from a sore ankle, reports Jeff Barker of the Baltimore Sun. Smith originally injured his ankle following a touchdown reception last month against Florida International.

For now, the Terrapins appear to be letting Smith play through the injury, as he had four receptions against Clemson last week. However, it might behoove the Terrapins to rest Smith for at least one game, as he has lost some of the explosiveness which allowed him to stand out against West Virginia earlier in the season.
