Any time you tie an NFL record there is a good chance that you were the best player on your particular side of the ball that day. I didn't watch all the games but I could have told you that there was no defensive player in the NFC that had as big an impact on the game as DeAngelo Hall did with his four interceptions against the Bears on Sunday.
Now the NFL is rewarding him for it.
The NFL has named DeAngelo Hall NFC Defensive Player of the Week for his 4 interception day against the Bears. @DHall23 #Redskins
Hall joins LaRon Landry as members of the Redskins defensive secondary to be named NFC defensive players of the week this season. As you can see, Terl lists Hall's personal twitter account so if you have your own you can tweet him some congratulations.
Hall has the opportunity to build on that performance against the Lions and a quarterback who is sure to be rusty in Matthew Stafford this weekend.
