The Washington Wizards got a big win on Wednesday night against the Houston Rockets. Tonight, they look to get their first winning streak on the season when they take on the Charlotte Bobcats at the Verizon Center.
The Bobcats are also struggling this season. A playoff team last year, Charlotte finds themselves at just 2-6 to start this season. Their defense has fallen off, and their offense hasn't been able to pick up the slack. It appears they miss point guard Raymond Felton more than they realized.
The Wizards are expected to use their same lineup, with Gilbert Arenas coming off the bench. The Bobcats will likely counter with D.J. Augustin, Stephen Jackson, Gerald Wallace, Boris Diaw and Nazr Mohammad. This game also marks the return of Shaun Livingston to D.C. Livingston revived his NBA career in a short stint with the Wizards last year, and signed a free agent contract with the Bobcats this summer.
