NCAA Basketball Rankings: Georgetown Moves Up To No. 16 In ESPN/USA Today Coaches' Poll

The Georgetown Hoyas had a very strong week, winning the Charleston Classic with a comfortable 15-point victory over a solid North Carolina State team. For their efforts, they have moved up in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches' Poll.

The Hoyas are now at No. 16 after being at No. 21 last week. The five teams that dropped below them were Gonzaga (then No. 12), Illinois (then No. 16), Temple (then No. 20), Butler (then No. 18) and North Carolina (then No. 8). The Hoyas are now 5-0, with solid wins over Old Dominion and N.C. State on their resume.
