WASHINGTON D.C. -
For a game at least, the Washington Wizards will be fully healthy. They take on the red-hot New York Knicks tonight, and John Wall and Andray Blatche are both scheduled to start.
Wall was a last-minute scratch against the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday after reaggravating his left foot. In his pre-game remarks, Flip Saunders said However, the starters have just been announced, and Wall is among them. Blatche, meanwhile, will return after missing two straight games with a hip injury. He was seen shooting around before the game with the rest of the club.
The Wizards will need both players if they want to knock off the red-hot Knicks. New York has won six games in a row and 11 of their past 12. Amare Stoudemire has emerged as a potential MVP candidate, and point guard Raymond Felton has dramatically improved his game. Surprise rookie Landry Fields won Eastern Conference Rookie of the Month last month, and Wilson Chandler is having the best game of his career.
