For the second time in the first half, Ricky Dobbs and Greg Jones teamed up to keep Navy in the game against San Diego State.
Dobbs snuck in at the goal line for his second touchdown of the game, sending Navy into the locker room down 21-14 against the Aztecs.
The Midshipmen took their time on the drive, taking over three minutes to drive 73 yards on 10 plays.
Dobbs found Jones for a 40-yard catch to set up Navy near the red zone. After getting within the five-yard line, Navy thought they had rushed in for a touchdown, but the referees placed the ball at the one-yard line. On the next play, Dobbs rushed in to send Navy into halftime with some momentum.
