Georgetown Vs. Temple: Hoyas Get Another Test On Road Against Owls

The Georgetown Hoyas' early-season tests continue. The team has already passed three major ones, defeating top-10 opponent Missouri in Kansas City, slipping by mid-major power Old Dominion on the road in the season opener and routing ACC hopeful North Carolina State out in Charleston. Their next test comes tonight, when they take on a very good Temple Owls team in Philadelphia.

The Owls are 5-2 this season and are coming off a big win on Sunday against Maryland in the BB&T Classic. They are ranked 60 in the RPI and have an excellent national reputation. The Hoyas have beaten teams better than Temple, but Temple on the road is a big test.

Temple is led by their talented trio of Juan FernandezRamone Moore and Lavoy Allen. They have won 10 straight and home, and their only two losses this season came in the Old Spice Classic, to California and Texas A&M. Georgetown snapped Old Dominion's long home winning streak, so they're capable of beating good teams in hostile environments. They'll have to do it again tonight.
