So Nationals color commentator Rob Dibble is annoying. I think this is pretty well established, but in case it wasn't clear, this should prove it. It's a screenshot of the Pitch Track that shows this pitch was a strike on the outside corner. Dibble argued vehemently that it wasn't, even though all evidence says otherwise. Via Mister Irrelevant.
