The Maryland lacrosse program was at a crossroads after being upset 7-5 by Notre Dame in the quarterfinals of the NCAA Lacrosse tournament. Coach Dave Cottle’s contract was up after the season, and there were many wondering whether he should be retained.
As it turns out, it appears Maryland has made its decision to move forward without Cottle, according to Patrick Stevens of D1Scourse.
