Actually, it was more like $20,010, and it was purchased by Keith Olbermann.
↵A few thoughts:
↵1) I'd like to congratulate Mr. Olbermann on his newest acquisition. One day, it may be worth a lot more money than the measly $20K he dropped. It could also be worth a lot less, but let's not go there.
2) What are the odds that a bidding war ensued during the final minutes of the online auction, and that seemingly out of place extra $10 surpassed Olbermann's competition's spending limit?
↵3) Other things you can buy with $20,010: 80,040 blow pops, 40,020 hot dogs at the market at Kenyon College, or a bunch of single dollar bills so Pacman Jones lets you join his crew.
