After Trent Williams informed the media that he had in fact fired his agent, he commented on what that could mean in terms of a potential hold out. A pair of quotes from Grant Paulsen:
Trent Williams on contract: "I can’t guarantee that there won’t be a minor holdout. But it won’t be more than a day if I do."
He continued:
“They’ve got me w/ the 1st group. I can’t afford to miss any practices. I’m going to stress that to my agent."
There's good and bad in that. Its not good that he's already resigned to maybe holding out of camp, but he seems to understand that the sooner he gets into camp the better, and that he "can't afford to miss any practices" with the first team.
