With the 17th overall pick in the NBA Draft, the Chicago Bulls selected Kevin Seraphin, a forward/center from French Guyana.
Earlier today, the Wizards and Bulls agreed made a handshake agreement on a trade that won't be official until June 8, in which the Wizards would receive Kirk Hinrich and the 17th overall pick in the draft. Thus, barring one team backing out on the agreement, it is safe to assume Seraphin will be a member of the Washington Wizards.
