Terrell Owens and Donovan McNabb Are Best Friends Forever

(New to SB Nation D.C.? Click here).

The relationship between Terrell Owens and Donovan McNabb was one of the rockiest in NFL history. But, in news that no Redskins fan wants to hear, Owens remains open to the idea of reuniting with McNabb in D.C. In fact, any scuttlebutt that Owens and McNabb remain on bad terms should be put to rest:

"I think what a lot of people don't know is that Donovan and I -- we have squashed our issues, we've talked about them, we've moved on."

Well, I for one am relieved. But Terrell, what about the possibility of suiting up in the burgundy and gold? What does Donovan think about that?

"We talked about the idea of actually playing together. That was something that I'd welcome with open arms and he as well. If that was a situation to come about and happen, then we know what we can do on a football field together."

More on TO and his thoughts on Free Agency after the jump.

Owens also has a very unique perspective on why he remains unsigned in the offseason:

"I think why I'm not on a team is not because I can't play. It's based off character issues, and I think that's where the situation lies, and I don't think it's fair," he said. "As far as me being able to produce and perform on a football field, I can do that -- that's not a question."

Well, actually its a simpler than that TO, its a combination of the two. Not only are you a world class prima donna, but you only catch only one out of every three balls that hits your hands. You sir, are cooked.
