Tonight's recommended viewing options (all times EDT):

Baseball

7:05 p.m. - Pirates @ Nationals, MASN 2. If I were a gambling man, I wouldn't bet the mortgage on Pirates top pitching prospect Brad Lincoln duplicating what you-know-who did for the Nationals last night.

8:10 p.m. - Cubs @ Brewers, ESPN. You have to figure that one of these underachieving ball clubs will at some point turn things around and join the Nats in the thick of the playoff race.

Hockey

8:00 p.m. - Blackhawks @ Flyers, NBC. Lord Stanley's Cup will be in the building eagerly awaiting its appearance on the ice following a brutal Flyers defeat. Come on, Hawks!

8:30 p.m. - Hershey Bears @ Texas Stars, CSN. Hershey will look to build on their momentum from Game 3 and even the Calder Cup Finals at two games apiece.

Soccer

8:30 p.m. - Classic World Cup Soccer: 1994: Colombia v. U.S., ESPN Classic. At the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, the United States capitalized on an own goal by Andres Escobar for their first World Cup victory in 44 years. Escobar was murdered one month later by a crazed Colombian in one of soccer's terrible tragedies.

Sitcom

7:30 p.m. - "Seinfeld: The Gum," TBS. Jerry wears glasses and chews gum that tastes like lo-mein. Kramer spoofs up the Alex theater. Elaine gets wet and loses a button, drawing the eye of a mentally unstable Lloyd Braun.. George tries with no success to convince an old friend he's not crazy. This is one of the great ones, ladies and gentlemen.

Food

8:00 p.m. - "Man v. Food," Travel Channel. Because you love breakfast food, and that's what this episode is all about.
