Rex Grossman's tenure in Chicago was, to put it nicely, interesting. All I'm saying is that when he left the team as a free agent in 2009, both parties were happy to dissolve that relationship. The Bears were happy to see him move on, and Rex was happy to move on from Chicago. A year later, that move out of Chicago is costing him. Just about $680,000 to be exact.
↵According to Chicago Business, Grossman recently sold an apartment he bought in Chicago's Trump Tower while he was still under contract with the Bears in September 2008. The return might not have been what he was hoping for. Via Darren Rovell.
↵↵↵The losers include former Chicago Bears quarterback Rex Grossman, who paid $2.68 million for a 36th-floor two-bedroom condo in September 2008 but sold it in January for just $2 million, or 25% less.

I know he didn't win that Super Bowl against the Colts, but its not nice to call him a loser. Oh, I get it, you mean business wise. Yeah, I can see that.
