Tonight's recommended viewing options (all times EDT):
Baseball
7:05 p.m. - Padres @ Nationals, MASN2. At this point all Ryan Zimmerman can do to further his All-Star case is slash Joey Votto's tires so he can't make it to the game. Oh, and hit more walk-offs.
7:10 p.m. - Reds @ Mets, ESPN. Speaking of Votto, root for strikeouts. But not injuries, because that's some serious bad karma.
Tennis
7:00 p.m. - New York Buzz @ Washington Kastles, CSN. Venus Williams will play Martina Hingis. Martina Hingis - she still plays?! Yea, my reaction exactly.
Soccer
6:00 p.m. - Germany vs. Spain, ESPN Classic. I missed this game today so I'll definitely be tuning in. It's too bad we live in the Twitternet-textmessage-gchat era and I know exactly what happens, when it happens, and how it happens.
Sitcom
7:00 p.m. - "Seinfeld," TBS. A trip to the bizarro world.
Food
8:30 p.m. - "Man vs. Food," Travel Channel. Traveling to Baltimore to try pit beef, blue crabs and participate in something called the Great Steak Challenge.
Movie
8:00 p.m. - "Con Air," Encore. Some of the cheesiest one-liners in the history of film, courtesy of Nicholas Cage, and that's why you love it.
