Report: John Wall Is A 'Full Go' For Summer League After Injuring Groin

Michael Lee of the Washington Post reports that John Wall has received a clean bill of health after a groin injury caused him to miss a practice Friday morning.

John Wall sat out the Friday morning session of the Wizards’ summer league mini-camp as a precautionary measure after suffering a strained groin injury the night before. He received treatment at 7:30 a.m., then studied the intricacies of Coach Flip Saunders’s offense from the sidelines.

But after taking what he called “a big boy nap” and receiving more treatment later in the afternoon, Wall was back on the floor and didn’t appear to miss a beat. “Full go,” Saunders said in a text message. “Looked great. His speed is unbelievable.”
