Tonight's recommended options (all times EDT):
Baseball
7:00 p.m. - Nationals at Braves, MASN. Tim Hudson is pitching again, and he always beats the Nationals. Might as well get this loss out of the way.
7:00 p.m . - Mariners at Orioles, MASN2. Remember when these two teams used to be good? Yeah, me neither.
7:00 p.m. - Giants at Phillies, ESPN. I was over the Phillies when they were first created.
7:00 p.m. - Little League Softball championship game, ESPN2. So much baseball, so little time. Well, softball at least.
10:00 p.m. - Rockies at Dodgers, ESPN. For those who aren't baseball'd out by now.
Football
7:00 p.m. - "Training Camp Daily," CSN. For those who don't want any of their four baseball options.
Combat sports
9:00 p.m. - "World Extreme Cagefighting: Benavidez vs. Cruz," Vs. This is MMA, right?
10:00 p.m. - Light middleweight boxing, Lara v. Lee, ESPN2. But at least it's not female boxing.
Basketball
10:00 - "Pros vs. Joes," Spike. A bunch of amateurs take on Hakeem Olajuwon, Isaiah Rider and Brent Barry in a 3-on-3 game. I predict Rider hogs the ball and costs his team a win.
