It looks like the Nationals will throw Wilson Ramos into the fire right away. Not only have they called him up from AAA, but they will give him the start in his first game with the team, according to Adam Kilgore of the Washington Post.

Evidently, starting catcher Ivan Rodriguez will have the day off.
Ramos was acquired from the Minnesota Twins in a trade-deadline deal for Matt Capps.
