Half Smokes Hypothetical: Albert Haynesworth's Training Camp Without The Test

New, 1 comment

Half Smokes Hypothetical is a daily discussion where we throw out a D.C. sports-related question based on the news of the day. It's a hypothetical discussion, which is what makes it fun (we hope).

Redskins training camp is over, and Albert Haynesworth participated in a whopping five full practices out of 18. That's not exactly encouraging. Ten of those missed practices came because he couldn't pass a conditioning test, and three came because he had some form of a headache that may have had something to do with the heat.

But let's say Mike Shanahan took a different course of action with Haynesworth at the start of the proceedings. Let's say he allowed Haynesworth to practice from the start (albeit with the second or third team) instead of making him take that conditioning test. (Alternatively, let's say Haynesworth passed the test on the first day).

Here's today's hypothetical.

How many practices would Haynesworth have missed then?
