Half Smokes Hypothetical is a daily discussion where we throw out a D.C. sports-related question based on the news of the day. It's a hypothetical discussion, which is what makes it fun (we hope).
↵As Jason Reid of the Washington Post noted this morning, the 2008 Draft in general was a bit of a disaster for the Redskins. Of the ten players they picked, only three (Fred Davis, Devin Thomas and Kareem Moore) could make the opening-day roster two years later.
↵Everyone loves playing the hindsight game, but we can't let this get too out of hand. Therefore, here's today's hypothetical.
↵With the benefit of hindsight, who do you think the Redskins should have picked with each of their ten picks? To do this, you can only pick among the players who went with one of the next three picks after the Redskins' ones. Here's a list of the entire draft as a reference.
