The Redskins Haven't Drafted Well Recently

It's not exactly an earth-shattering revelation to say that the Redskins have done a pretty poor job in recent years of finding talent in the draft. Hell, just a couple days ago, our hypothetical topic asked you to re-do the entire 2008 debacle.

But in case the recent failures of the Vinny Cerrato area haven't been driven home to you enough, here's one more stat, from Brian Murphy of Homer McFanboy (and SB Nation D.C.on Twitter.

#Redskins have drafted 28 players since 2007. Not counting practice squad, only 11 of those players are still on the roster.

To be fair to Cerrato, only two of the Redskins' picks this year made the opening-day roster. That said, in the long annals of Cerrato bashing, I think that stat may take the cake.
