The crowd at the Patriot Center went all the way to the ceiling, as new head coach Paul Hewitt kicked off the 2011-2012 season for the George Mason Patriots. Hewitt made an entrance that would immediately ingratiate himself with the Patriot faithful, showing up in the attire of Doc Nix, Mason's beloved and bespoke band director.
