East Carolina Vs. Navy: Midshipmen Look To Snap Losing Streak

The Navy Midshipmen have lost four straight games, but they can get back on track when they host East Carolina on Saturday.

The Navy Midshipmen started out this season going 2-0 against below average competition. Their last four game have come against much stronger opposition and the Midshipmen have lost all four. They now stand at 2-4 with a meeting against East Carolina, a team that is much more their speed, on the horizon. The game will be played in Annapolis at 3:30 on Saturday.

East Carolina has an identical 2-4 record, but their games have not been nearly as close as Navy's have been. In fact, three of their four losses have come in blowout fashion. They have a shared opponent in the South Carolina Gamecocks, and Navy played them much tougher. East Carolina lost 56-37 while Navy only lost 24-21. East Carolina has a very weak defense that Navy may be able to exploit considering how strong they are on the ground.
