Navy Vs. Notre Dame Score Update: Fighting Irish All Over Midshipmen, Lead 35-7 At Halftime

I think we can safely say Navy's losing streak will be continuing. The Midshipmen are in South Bend to take on Notre Dame, and so far, it hasn't been pretty. After taking a 14-0 first-quarter lead, the Fighting Irish have tacked on another 21 points and lead 35-7 at halftime.

Early in the second quarter, it looked like Navy would get some momentum when Gee Gee Greene caught a nine-yard pass from Trey Miller to cut Notre Dame's lead to 14-7. It all unraveled from there. On Notre Dame's next possession, nobody bothered to cover Michael Floyd, who slipped down the middle for a 56-yard touchdown pass. Navy then fumbled the kickoff, which led to a two-yard run for Jonas Gray, his second of the game. Cierre Wood added a one-yard touchdown and Notre Dame took their lead.
